Privacy policy

In short: no cookies, no analytics, no ads, and no requests to third parties when you open the site. For technical reasons our hosting provider processes your IP address when you visit.

Controller

Timo Baumgartner, Grüngasse 12/16, 1050 Wien, Austria. Email: hello@temporama.app. More in the imprint.

Visiting the site and hosting

The site is a static website hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you open it, Cloudflare processes the connection data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser and device details and the page you came from. We do not evaluate this data ourselves.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA. According to Cloudflare it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Cloudflare's data processing agreement applies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Storage in your browser

The site stores three settings only in your browser (local storage), when you use them: whether you picked light or dark, your best score in the game and, if you enter it, your birth year for "Your life". These never leave your device, we do not receive them and they are not part of shared links. No cookies are set. You can delete the entries in your browser settings at any time.

Fonts and external links

We serve the fonts Inter and Fraunces ourselves; there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other service. You only connect to another site when you click a link, for example "Read on Wikipedia". That site's privacy policy applies there.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your sender address and the content of your message to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once the matter is dealt with and no legal retention duty applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to the email address above. If you think we process data unlawfully, you can complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde): Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
